1. 45-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 45 days from the date you received your item to request a return or an exchange. If 45 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return it without contacting our customer service first.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Zansuro will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping fees.

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, size mismatch, or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
