Thank you for shopping at Zansuro. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping fees, processing times, and delivery windows to ensure a transparent and reliable shopping experience.

1. Supported Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping services exclusively to the following countries:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

Please note: We do not offer international shipping to any other countries or regions at this time. If your country is not listed above, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your order.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on your total cart value (before taxes and after discounts) and vary by destination:

  • United States: Free for orders of $50.00 USD and over. A flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to orders under $50.00 USD.

  • United Kingdom: Free for orders of £50.00 GBP and over. A flat rate of £9.99 GBP applies to orders under £50.00 GBP.

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment. There are no hidden handling fees.

3. Order Handling & Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

4. Shipping & Transit Times

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery transit times are as follows:

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Rare delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update the initial tracking status.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

We work quickly to process and ship your orders. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@zansuro.com. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
